Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Control Lead who will
supervise QC staff and ensure compliance with federal and state
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise QC staff and ensure adherence to program quality control
standards
Review completed rebate applications for accuracy and
compliance
Document progress and communicate with other functional areas as
required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent
experience
Four years of experience in federally-funded programs, preferably
related to rebates and incentives
Four or more years of experience in high-level documentation review
and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited
supervision
Experience with energy policy and handling of personally
identifiable information is preferred
