Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Underwriter to manage
national commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, and
sales representatives during commercial transactions
Review title insurance products and collaborate with legal teams to
ensure compliance and clarity
Manage transaction pipelines, ensuring critical dates and
follow-ups are met while addressing title defects as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of related transaction experience
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, including
Microsoft Office
Experience with SoftPro Select is preferred but not required
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
High energy and a positive attitude are essential
