Job Description:
A company is looking for a Device Support Specialist responsible
for resolving technical issues and providing support to clients and
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls while providing a positive
customer service experience
Collaborate with team members to research and respond to technical
issues and complaints
Assist clients in understanding technology and troubleshoot
existing technical issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of
education and/or experience
Basic familiarity with technology concepts and devices
Ability to document details of calls, messages, and dispatches
accurately
Willingness to learn from more experienced colleagues and seek
guidance
