Job Description:

A company is looking for a Windows Server Administrator Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and operate infrastructure services while providing team support
Implement infrastructure strategies and maintain system performance and availability
Develop infrastructure documentation and optimize resource allocation for projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
6+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years in a similar role
Proven experience in infrastructure technology management
Experience with Airwatch, Citrix Virtual App, NetScaler, Active Directory, and VMWare
Knowledge of ticket, change, RCA, and request handling
