Job Description:
A company is looking for a Delivery Partner Manager to oversee
the Delivery Partner Program and enhance customer project outcomes
through effective partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Professional Services team to utilize delivery
partners for improved project outcomes
Implement programs to align with partner strategy and ensure
personnel are trained and certified
Manage the commercial relationship with delivery partners,
including statements of work and governance processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of management experience in technical services and
professional service delivery
5+ years of experience as a Partner Manager or Consulting Manager
in a professional services organization
Experience in managing partner enablement and upskilling teams
Proven ability to manage commercial agreements with partners
Background in Big Data and Analytics or related industry is
preferred
