people around the globe.About the Role:We're looking for a Director
of Channel Partnerships to build a new go-to-market motion within
Remitly. The Head of Channel Partnerships will be responsible for
crafting the channel partnership strategy and for sourcing deals
that will deliver step-change customer growth for Remitly. You will
lay the foundations for building and scaling the team.You Will:
- Create a channel partnership strategy to drive customer
acquisition and revenue growth.
- Establish and grow a Channel Partnerships team by defining
roles and recruiting top talent.
- Identify, negotiate, and launch new partnerships to accelerate
customer growth.
- Work with Product, Marketing, Legal, and other internal teams
to guarantee a successful execution.
- Monitor partnerships using important metrics, driving
continuous improvements for mutual success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure
long-term success.
- Prove the value of this new go-to-market approach to unlock
additional investments.You Have:
- 10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or
channel sales in technology or FinTech.
- Ability to lead and scale teams, with a track record of
building high-performing partnership organizations.
- Demonstrated success in structuring, negotiating, and closing
complex partnership agreements that drive business growth.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels and
functions.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and
focuses on delivering measurable business results.
- Open to traveling as needed to develop and manage partner
relationships.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced
degree.Compensation Details: The starting base salary range for
this position is typically $184,000-$207,000. In the U.S., Remitly
employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our
