Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Learning and
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily program efforts to evaluate and create new training
programs and materials
Plan and execute deliverables while driving results across multiple
locations
Document program deliverables and establish risk management and
accountability processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6-7 years of program or project management experience in
Learning and Development
Experience with formal project management methodologies
Consulting experience with the ability to engage with executive
stakeholders
Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications,
or a related field is required
