Position Description
The Senior Associate Director of Admissions, Operations and Systems
plays a pivotal role in the Admissions department, reporting
directly to the Senior Director of Admissions. This position is
integral to developing and overseeing admissions systems,
application evaluations, transfer credit assessments, and the
overall processing of undergraduate admissions applications.
This is a hands-on position that requires actively implementing new
business processes, optimizing systems, and driving operational
efficiencies to support the Admissions team's goals. The Senior
Associate Director plays a crucial part in achieving enrollment
objectives through effective use and knowledge of Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning
(ERP) systems.
The Senior Associate Director will demonstrate curiosity and a

team that is focused on collaboration toward meeting our collective

Compensation at a GlanceSalary Range: $87,000 - $95,000Seattle
University has provided a compensation range that represents its
good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position
at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected
candidate will be determined based on factors such as the
qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget
availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available
market information, and not based on a candidate's gender or any
other protected status.

Hybrid Eligible
This position may be eligible for a hybrid schedule after

any reason at the university's discretion.
