Job Description:
A company is looking for a PAP Specialist who will manage
patient interactions and ensure compliance with healthcare
guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and
provide usage instructions
Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and other insurance
claims
Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices to
encourage compliance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare
administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
Two (2) years of work-related experience for senior level
positions
Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home
medical supplies environment is preferred
