A company is looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to
support a critical hiring project.
Key Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties for the Talent Operations team
Assist in reporting on global recruiting activities and
strategies
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate
candidates through the screening process
Required Qualifications
Prior experience and expert level skills in Greenhouse ATS
1+ year of prior experience in a Talent Coordinator role
Proven ability to provide quality customer service in a high-volume
environment
Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
