Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Paralegal to support its
Litigation practice remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Review garnishment summons, evaluate liens, and monitor payment
obligations
Draft responses and manage projects by tracking deadlines and
summarizing agreements
Conduct due diligence reviews and maintain document storage
sites
Required Qualifications
4+ years of paralegal experience in finance or technology
Bachelor's degree and completion of a paralegal program or
equivalent knowledge
Understanding of writs of garnishment, levies, and liens
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and
electronic signature tools
Ability to work remotely, full time, and support PST business
hours
