Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the
Eastern territory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Natural/Specialty sales and key accounts in the Eastern
region
Collaborate with the marketing team to support initiatives and
create promotional plans
Utilize SPINS/Nielsen data to enhance sales strategies and manage
broker networks
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience with brokers and key
account management
Experience in a fast-growing food company
Strong organizational, negotiating, and leadership skills
Understanding of the packaged food business dynamics
Ability to create effective retailer presentations and utilize
syndicated data
