A company is looking for a Lead EX Solution Strategist to
develop and launch Employee Experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth in the
employee experience market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful
solution launches and ongoing product development
Build strong relationships with C-level executives to address
employee experience challenges and demonstrate solution value
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a strategic employee experience role
Strong understanding of the employee experience landscape and
related technologies
Proven track record in a quota-carrying sales and renewals role
Experience in pre/post sales interactions with customers
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
