What You'll DoWe are looking for Consultants to join our Connected
Communications service line, working closely with clients and team
members to develop high-quality deliverables that leverage
communication and project management skills. In this role, you'll
help clients make an impact within their organizations and target
markets while benefiting from ample professional development
opportunities, including on-the-job learning, coaching, and
mentoring. Best of all, you'll be part of a team-centric culture
where fellow consultants and managers support and encourage your
growth daily.What you'd bring to Spur
- Drive client workstreams and create key deliverables, such as
marketing materials, sales enablement assets, and executive
presentations
- Quickly understand project purpose and context through
systematic research and analysis of relevant information
- Develop ideas for deliverable structure, create drafts tailored
to audience needs and project objectives, own revisions,
incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients, and ensure
final deliverables meet standards
- Take a consultative, team-oriented approach by presenting
context, questions, and recommendations clearly
- Actively engage in working sessions, contribute ideas, provide
peer feedback, and address any identified gaps or improvements
- Drive project progress by drafting client communications,
preparing for meetings, and following up on key next steps
- Engage with clients by participating in discovery calls and
client reviews, listening carefully to feedback, and asking
questions/making suggestions
- Perform project management tasks, including creating workback
plans, setting priorities, tracking timelines, and mitigating
risksWhat you'll need (Requirements)
- A Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, business
administration, a liberal-arts discipline, or equivalent
- 2 - 4 years of relevant professional experience required
(consulting or client-facing professional services experience is a
plus)
- Experience in storytelling and content creation, including the
development of visual concepts
- Experience taking ownership of projects and deliverables from
start to finish
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools (Word,
PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Excel) and business communications
platforms (WebEx, Skype, Teams)Preferred Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the
ability to craft professional documents and use appropriate
communication methods
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact
with people of all levels in a variety of situations and the
ability to work collaboratively with clients and other team
members
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and
prioritize effectively
- Good business acumen with an awareness of current business and
technology trends
- Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and a strong
willingness to learn from mentors and peers
- Resourcefulness, bias for action, and the ability to thrive in
a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills that
include good judgment, self-awareness, deep listening, and ability

Reply (Formerly The Spur Group), part of the Reply Network, is a
consulting firm based in Bellevue, WA. In our hybrid working
environment, our general working hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT,
Monday through Friday. While we strive for work/life harmony,
client work may extend beyond these hours and may require
flexibility in work arrangements.The base compensation range for
this full-time position is between $68,000-$100,000 plus benefits.
Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where
regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take
into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education
and/or training, certifications, and, as applicable, other required
