Job Description:
A company is looking for a KYC EDD QC Team Lead to oversee
quality control and assurance reviews in financial crimes
compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee in-depth investigations on high-risk clients and analyze
information for potential risks
Manage workload to meet production targets for EDD and KYC
assessments while maintaining quality
Assist in developing and implementing EDD and KYC policies and
procedures in line with regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, enhanced due
diligence, KYC, or related fields
2+ years of experience in a coaching or leadership role for junior
employees
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g.,
CAMS, CFE) preferred
Advanced knowledge of AML, CFT, and KYC regulations
Proficiency in advanced due diligence and KYC software and
tools
