Job Description:
A company is looking for an EAP Work Life Intake Specialist to
work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary case manager for Work/Life clients, providing
resources and referrals
Screen for safety issues and connect clients to on-call counselors
as needed
Complete work life intakes using the EAP database system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in social work, psychology, education,
or related fields
Experience in customer service
Strong interpersonal skills
Reliable internet connection
