Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manual Tester with a passion
for manual testing to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive manual testing to ensure software quality and
functionality
Collaborate with the team to enhance testing processes and
strategies
Provide guidance and mentorship to testers, helping them develop
their skills and onboard effectively
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience as a software tester, focusing
on manual testing
Demonstrated passion for manual testing and a commitment to
delivering high-quality results
Previous experience mentoring and onboarding testers is highly
desirable
Familiarity with backend testing, including API testing, is a
plus
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic team
environment
