As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you'll be the expert on home furnishings, guiding store guests to discover styles that reflect their lives and design rooms they'll love to live in. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class service and delight our guests in a welcoming and professional environment.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Address customer concerns independently and support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligned to KPIs and performance standards.

  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
