Technical Program Manager/ EE-HW
A successful candidate will possess expertise in hardware
engineering with experience in tooling, manufacturing and have a
high-level system understanding EE fundamental theory and
practice.
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates
must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e.,
current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a
refugee or granted asylum.
Responsibilities:
Drive and manage the end-to-end schedule for avionics across
multiple programs.
Coordinate with our contract manufacturer to ensure delivery of
parts and that the parts are within the specifications. Ensure
GR&R is in place by working with Quality Engineering. Ensure
CTFs are defined.
Actively manage the top risks and mitigation plans as well as
manage the bugs from each build to ensure issues are resolved.
Partner closely with other System TPMs to ensure alignment on
overall programs
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks,
timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks,
and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure
smooth execution and timely completion of project milestones.
Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to
stakeholders, and address any concerns or issues that arise.
Manage project documentation, including technical specifications,
user manuals, and training materials.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent
technical degree)
5+ yrs industry experience
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in a
hardware-focused industry with electronics manufacturing,
production, or test exposure
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of
successfully delivering complex projects on time and within
budget.
Demonstrated ability to influence others
Strong conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
Results-oriented person with strong organizational skills and focus
on delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years' experience in data analytics/reporting
2+ years' experience working in the aerospace industry
Experience working in highly regulated environments
PMP or equivalent credential
