Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Advisor to provide
remote customer support for various telecommunications
products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first contact support for voice, video, and data product
issues
Assist customers with Internet configurations and troubleshoot
reported issues
Maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings and document
customer interactions
Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer service, help desk, troubleshooting, or call
center experience
Advanced troubleshooting skills related to telephony and data
products
Understanding of the telecommunication industry and its
products
Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines and work schedules
Experience with trouble ticketing systems and business
applications
