Software Development Engineer to join our Healthcare & Life Science
(HCLS) team within AIP. If you're driven by customer-centric

responsibilities
As a Software Development Engineer, you will have impact on
everything from the functionality we deliver for our customers, to
the design and architecture of our systems, to the algorithms we
employ, and to the culture we build. You will work closely with
experienced leaders and engineers to develop new features and
solutions that solve broader industry challenges. Some of the
things you will do: - Collaborate with teammates, other AWS Service
teams and HCLS customers to understand their workflows and digital
needs.
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain software as part of our new
AWS service
- Follow best practices in software development, Agile and DevOps
methodologies and keep abreast of emerging technologies.
- Mentor and grow other engineers. About the team

QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of non-internship professional software
development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design
patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming
language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of full software development
life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source
control management, build processes, testing, and operations
experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as
Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design Amazon is

of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for
this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic
market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is
based on a number of factors including market location and may vary
depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon
is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered,
equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be
provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a
