  • Job Details
  • A hospital on a beautiful island in Washington is in need of an Rad Tech to work a 13 week travel assignment. The nurse will be working primarily 12 hour nights but it would be a bonus if the RN was open to working an occasional day shift.
    • Job Requirements
    • ARRT, BLS
    • All areas are must (X-ray, CT, Fluoro).
    • Must be able to run a c-arm.
    • Must be able to do fluoro.
    • Must be comfortable working with portable equipment.
      • Schedule Information
      • The nurse will be working primarily 12 hour nights.
      • Start times are 7, 8, 10, 1300, 2100.
      • 10 hour shifts.
      • Limited staff on weekends, based on need.
      • On rotation - on call for holidays.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • A lot of fluoro, swallow studies, barium enemas, covering all modalities.
        • 70-100 scans/studies per day.
        • Meditech EMR, DR merge, switching to Phillips.
        • C-arm is GE, portables are Shimadzu, fluoro is Siemens.
          • Additional Details
          • **50 mile radius rule**
          • Competency check offs.
          • Orientation goes as long as needed until comfortable.
