A company is looking for a Lead, Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with
regulations
Manage payroll team and provide training and support
Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of payroll experience, including supervisory roles
In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
Experience with payroll software and systems
Certification in payroll management is a plus
