Description Intake RN - Outpatient Surgery at Swedish Redmond Ambulatory Surgery Center Schedule: Part Time, Day Shift Location: Redmond, Washington Job description: The Intake Registered Nurse (RN) supports the preadmission process in the Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role collects, organizes and analyzes data to ensure surgical clearance. Additionally, the Intake RN makes phone calls to patients to provide preadmission information as well as answer any questions.   • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
