Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Advocate - Gender Affirming
Care to support members in their health journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with members to identify needs and assist with benefit
navigation and Gender Affirming Care information
Educate members on plan benefits and provide resources for
healthcare decision support
Screen for high-risk situations and refer members to appropriate
sources for support
Required Qualifications:
Current unrestricted LPN license OR Medical Assistant
certification
2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital, acute care, or care
coordination
2+ years of clinical experience in the Gender Affirming Care
field
Experience working in a fast-paced multitasking environment
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
