Job Description:
Description This position will be traveling to see patients
after hours (after 3pm). The Hospice Nurse serves as a member of
the interdisciplinary hospice team, assessing, planning, and
providing nursing care to terminally ill patients. In doing so, the
nurse addresses, in a holistic way, the needs of terminally ill
patients and their families. The nurse strives to anticipate
changes in patients' conditions, avoid crises, promote patient and
family choice, assure continuity of care, and enhances the quality
of life of dying patients. Providence caregivers are not simply

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Preferred
Qualifications:
- 1 year Nursing experience.
