  • Patient diagnoses include Stroke, TIA, NCCU step-down, post neurosurgery, CHF, chest pain, post cardiac procedures
  • Work settings include Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown
  • Special procedures include post cardiac cath care, NIHSS assessment for stroke, and various respiratory and IV therapies.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have active compact license
    • 2 years of nursing experience required
    • Experience with stroke and cardiac patients preferred
    • Ability to manage stable drips and interpret dysrhythmias
      • Schedule Information
      • Contract length: 13 weeks
      • Staffing ratio: 1:5
      • Floating may be required
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit may require floating to other Providence facilities
        • Must be able to work in a telemetry and stepdown unit environment
