unparalleled success.Job OverviewThe Director, HR Digital Portfolio
will lead the strategic planning, execution, and governance of the
HR digital portfolio. This role will be responsible for managing
the development and maintenance of HR systems, ensuring alignment
with business objectives, and driving digital transformation
initiatives. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional
teams, including IT, to deliver innovative HR solutions that
enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.Un-carrier
Responsibilities
- Establish and direct the strategy, design, development, and
delivery of HR systems and technology including deployment of new
capabilities such as AI and RPA. Drive continued efficiency and
improvements through vision, partnership and change. Ensure
appropriate controls are in place and maintain compliance with
internal and regulatory requirements including Cybersecurity,
Legal, and Privacy.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, business partners, and
external vendors to drive successful technology outcomes. Build
collaborative relationships with and provide guidance to business
stakeholders, IT, vendors and other support teams to influence the
development of technical and business process expertise across the
organization.
- Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure effective
technical solutions including technical design, configuration,
integration, testing, environment management, change control,
release management and operational support and maintenance.
- Manage the HR digital portfolio budget, ensuring efficient
allocation of resources and cost-effective delivery of
projects.
- Manage and lead a high-performing team focused on developing
robust solutions and meeting customer needs.The Experience You'll
Bring
- 7+ years of experience in system implementation, enhancement
and support experience.
- 4+ years' experience in vendor management/oversight and
managing teams/leading projects.
- 2+ years of budget and resource management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology or related

- Communication: Proven ability to effectively and efficiently
communicate with leadership, technical and non-technical audiences
while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
- Project Management: Experience with agile methodologies and
project management tools.
- Vendor Management: Proven experience collaborating with
external vendors for technology solutions delivery.
- Strategic Thinking: Critical thinking skills (understanding of
relationship between environment, objectives, goals, and priorities
that drive optimal decisions). Ability to think strategically.
- Technology: Mastery level understanding of platform
technologies and components. Experience in delivering large and

$163,200 - $220,800Corporate Bonus Target: 25%The pay range above
is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the
role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on
various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the
actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate
employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or
individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the
employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.At T-Mobile, our
