Added on 20th February 2024Location: KentJob Type: Full TimeWe are looking for a client manager to join our expanding Corporate team at Charter Tax. The role would include:

• Managing a portfolio of predominantly Limited Company clients, helping with their statutory reporting and business and tax planning.
• Reviewing financial statements, predominantly prepared under FRS 102, but may include some IFRS.
• Reviewing corporation tax returns.
• Reviewing VAT Returns.
• Supporting outsourced FD clients with management reporting and ad hoc queries, managing the overall compliance and reporting processes.
• Assisting with the training of junior team members (AAT and ACA trainees).The ideal candidate would preferably be:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Competent in all aspects of accounts and corporate tax compliance and fully up to date with accounting and tax standards.
  • Have the ability to prioritise tasks, work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
  • Have excellent IT skills; MS Office, Sage and Xero.
