Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Data to drive the data vision
and create a sustainable data culture for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy and roadmap
Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate data input and
analytics
Ensure data security and foster a strong data culture across the
organization
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Strong understanding of data architectures, governance, and
models
Expertise in Data Warehousing and SQL
Experience with BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or PowerBI
Proven leadership skills and experience in team management
Commitment to the mission of creating pathways to family-sustaining
careers
