Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Customer Success
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide post-implementation support and develop a Salesforce
roadmap for clients
Facilitate business process review workshops and document user
stories with acceptance criteria
Manage User Acceptance Testing and develop training curriculum for
end-users
Required Qualifications
4+ years of analysis, design, and configuration experience with
Salesforce
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce products and advanced
configuration
Experience in Agile project methodology and relevant documentation
tools
Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional
certifications preferred
Strong aptitude for prioritization and multitasking in a
deadline-driven environment
