A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to
optimize marketing efforts through data-driven insights and
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Aggregate and synthesize data to inform marketing strategy and
identify growth opportunities
Streamline reporting processes for in-depth analysis and strategic
decision-making
Develop scalable frameworks to measure marketing campaign
performance and oversee lead enrichment processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics,
Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations or related
analysis roles
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling
techniques
Strong ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced
environment
