Key Responsibilities
Drive scientific innovation and improvements
Ensure the team's work quality is high and adheres to industry
standards
Coach and mentor team members while defining team processes and
best practices
Required Qualifications
10+ years of data science experience with a solid understanding of
data science principles
2+ years in a leadership role with experience in building and
coaching high-performing teams
Experience in Earth observation, geospatial, imaging science, or
computer vision fields
Proficiency in statistical analysis and experimental design
Master's or PhD degree in environmental sciences, mathematics,
physics, or relevant engineering field (preferred)
