  • Build trusted relationships with client leadership and other influential individuals within our client organization.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of our client's business, situation, and desired outcomes.
  • Evaluate the current state of our client's value management and enterprise portfolio and program management (EPPM) capabilities using standardized assessment methods and tools.
  • Use best practices, lessons learned and latest EPPM trends to develop applicable roadmaps to allow the client to implement EPPM capability improvements observing desired outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and direct hands-on support in the execution and sustainability of EPPM capability. improvements with clients including EPPM process development of EPPM methods and tools, development of EPPM scorecards and metrics, maturing of portfolio and project management capabilities and practices.
  • Support clients with the evaluation, selection, and implementation of EPPM related technology.
  • Be available to provide clients with direct support for strategic portfolio understanding, program leadership, project recovery, or transformation planning.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional client value and expand the relationship through EPPM or other Centric service offerings.Travel Expectations- This role is considered a traveling role. It is expected that travel would average up to 50% as dictated by client demands. Who you are:
    • Subject matter expert with 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Program Management, Portfolio Management, and Enterprise Program Management Offices.
    • Support sales efforts once brought into a deal.
    • Prior experience across project delivery, project team leadership, and agile practices.
    • Collaborative and works with clients, business development, and the Centric Team.
