A company is looking for a Design Director, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and elevate customer and internal user experience for Customer Success
Transform customer and employee experiences to drive adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define vision and strategy for Customer Success Design

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in design, including 5+ years in team building and management
Proven track record of delivering impactful products
Strong design voice with advocacy for craft and customer-centricity
Experience in articulating design strategy to cross-functional partners
Ability to thrive in complex product ecosystems
