Job Description:

A company is looking for an Accountant I to perform transactional accounting for their field offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform transactional accounting for field offices using JD Edwards
Process vouchers, enter journal entries, and handle commission processing
Conduct monthly period closing reconciliations and manage payroll and 1099 processing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries
Proficiency in Excel for maintaining and manipulating worksheets
Experience with Outlook for email and calendaring
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
