Job Description:
A company is looking for an A/R Credit Collections
Representative responsible for managing collections from
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Pro-actively ensure cash collection on due dates
Work with clients on inquiries while tracking outstanding debt
Prepare aging reports and calculate Bad Debt accrual according to
company policies
Required Qualifications
Track record of delivery within Collections
Experience with multiple currencies in various countries
Knowledge of VAT and country-specific invoicing requirements
Ability to develop rapport quickly and take accountability for
work
Bilingual skills in Spanish, French, German, or Dutch are a
plus
