Job Description:
A company is looking for an HB Inpatient Second Level Reviewer -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Review, audit, and remediate deviations from compliant inpatient
facility coding
Train coding staff and educate workforce members on coding,
grouping, and documentation
Ensure data integrity and manage coding assignments to avoid
denials and ensure quality data release
Required Qualifications
Seven years of related auditing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
with three years of auditing experience
Experience in healthcare revenue cycle practices, including billing
and collections
Current credentials as RHIT, RHIA, or CCS are preferred
Minimum of three years of inpatient facility auditing experience is
preferred
Experience working in a Level I Trauma & Academic/Research Facility
is a plus
