Description:Job Summary:The Sales & Marketing Support Specialist
will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by running
targeted electronic marketing campaigns using the NetSuite CRM.
This role requires a critical thinker who can identify and leverage
opportunities to enhance the sales process, drive lead generation,
and contribute to the overall success of the company's marketing
efforts.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneIn the first 30 days you
will:Sales Team SupportFamiliarize yourself with the sales team's
workflows, tools, and current challenges.Assist with basic
administrative tasks, such as updating customer records and
scheduling client meetings.Begin tracking and organizing sales
documentation to streamline access.Electronic Marketing
CampaignsGain full understanding of the company's NetSuite CRM
setup and current marketing strategies.Execute one pre-approved
email or digital campaign to understand the existing
processes.Review current performance data on past campaigns and
identify baseline metrics.CRM ManagementAudit the NetSuite CRM
database for incomplete, outdated, or duplicate records.Create a
simple, initial report on sales pipeline and customer segmentation
to understand current metrics.Process ImprovementObserve and
document current sales and marketing workflows.Identify at least
two immediate, small-scale inefficiencies that can be quickly
addressed.Build relationships with sales and marketing stakeholders
to gather feedback on priorities.In the first 60 days you
will:Sales Team SupportDevelop and share insights on sales
performance, using CRM data to identify trends or gaps.Assist with
the implementation of a standardized follow-up process for leads
from marketing campaigns.Ensure all sales documentation is
organized and updated for team-wide access.Electronic Marketing
CampaignsWork with our team to design and execute a targeted email
or digital marketing campaign, implementing learnings from the
first 30 days.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, sharing
insights and actionable recommendations.Begin segmenting email
lists for future campaigns, ensuring data privacy compliance.CRM
ManagementEstablish and implement a routine process for maintaining
clean CRM data.Refine and expand reporting capabilities to include
sales team performance and lead conversion metrics.Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for CRM
integration or upgrades.Process ImprovementPropose one or two
changes to streamline sales and marketing workflows, with buy-in
from stakeholders.Begin implementing a pilot improvement project,
such as enhanced lead tracking or quicker follow-up
mechanisms.90-day goals:Sales Team SupportDeliver a comprehensive
report on sales performance, including trends, conversion rates,
and areas for improvement.Establish a standardized process for
scheduling client meetings and tracking follow-ups.Share
data-driven recommendations with the sales team to optimize their
processes.Electronic Marketing CampaignsSuccessfully execute
multiple marketing campaigns, achieving measurable improvements in
open, click-through, and conversion rates.Build a repeatable
campaign process, documenting best practices for email and digital
marketing initiatives.Finalize and maintain segmented, compliant
email lists for future campaigns.CRM ManagementCreate and share
advanced dashboards that provide actionable insights for leadership
and the sales team.Fully align CRM management practices with
broader business goals, such as revenue growth and customer
retention.Establish long-term data governance processes to maintain
CRM accuracy and relevance.Process ImprovementImplement at least
one major process improvement initiative with measurable outcomes,
such as reducing lead follow-up time or increasing campaign
ROI.Document all new workflows, ensuring clear communication and
training for involved teams.Evaluate the success of the implemented
changes and outline the next steps for continuous
improvement.Ongoing ResponsibilitiesSales Team Support:Answer
inbound calls to triage customers to the appropriate person for
help.Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as
updating customer records, managing sales documentation, and
scheduling client meetings.Provide insights on sales performance
using CRM data and suggest ways to optimize the sales
process.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up
with leads generated through marketing campaigns.Electronic
Marketing Campaigns:Support campaigns by utilizing your experience
to design and execute targeted email and digital marketing
campaigns using NetSuite CRM.Support the monitoring and analysis of
the performance of campaigns, including open rates, click-through
rates, and conversion rates.Segment and maintain email lists,
ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.CRM
Management:Maintain and update the NetSuite CRM database, ensuring
clean and up-to-date data on clients and prospects.Generate reports
and dashboards that provide insights into sales performance,
pipeline status, and campaign effectiveness.Work with
cross-functional teams to ensure CRM integration and alignment with
broader business goals.Process Improvement:Continuously seek ways
to streamline and improve sales and marketing workflows.Collaborate
with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement
innovative strategies that enhance lead generation and customer
engagement.Requirements:Key Qualifications:Education &
Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
or a related field.2+ years of experience in sales support,
marketing, or CRM management (preferably using NetSuite CRM).Skills
& Competencies:Strong proficiency in NetSuite CRM and electronic
marketing tools.Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful
insights to influence decision-making.Critical thinker with a
proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong organizational and
time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and

our headquarters in Everett, WA with the ability to work remotely
up to a maximum two days a week. Physical Requirements:Prolonged
periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Walking and
standing on hard surfaces occasionally.Ability to lift 10lb

target HIRING range for this role is $27.97 - $34.97 per hour. The
entire pay range for this position is $27.97 - $41.96 per hour;
however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related
