Description:Job Summary:We're looking for a bold,
forward-thinking Quality Production Lead to join our manufacturing

focused on: Observation and LearningGoal: Build a foundational
understanding of production processes, quality standards, and team
dynamics.Orientation and OnboardingLearn about company policies,
manufacturing processes, and quality standards.Review current
quality control procedures, inspection reports, and relevant
documentation.Relationship BuildingMeet with production team
members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams (Engineering,
Operations).Establish open communication lines with key
stakeholders to understand their expectations and
challenges.Process ObservationObserve production processes to
identify how quality control is integrated.Participate in
inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished
products.System and Data ReviewEvaluate existing data on quality
metrics, defects, and corrective actions.Familiarize yourself with
quality reporting tools and documentation practices.Your 31-60 Day
Goals are focused on Integration and ActionGoal: Begin taking
ownership of quality processes and implementing initial
improvements.Take Ownership of InspectionsLead daily quality
control activities, including inspections and compliance
checks.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of inspection
results.Address Immediate Quality IssuesCollaborate with the
production team to resolve any immediate bottlenecks related to
quality.Develop short-term corrective action plans for recurring
issues.Improve CommunicationCreate a clear process for sharing
quality findings with production staff.Provide real-time feedback
to the production team to address quality issues as they
arise.Analyze ProcessesIdentify patterns in defects or
inefficiencies from existing data and your observations.Propose
targeted improvements to address specific quality challenges.Your

out initiatives to improve quality standards and reduce
defects.Ensure alignment with Engineering and Operations teams to
integrate quality improvements into production workflows.Establish
Quality MetricsDefine measurable quality KPIs (Key Performance
Indicators) to monitor ongoing performance.Develop a routine
reporting process to track and share quality metrics with
management.Build a Quality CultureProvide training and coaching to
production staff on quality best practices and compliance.Promote
accountability and recognition for achieving high-quality
standards.Prepare for Audits and CertificationsEnsure the team and
processes are audit-ready by aligning with required certifications
and regulations.Develop a plan for continuous improvement based on
audit findings or gaps identified.Outcome by Day 90:Ownership of
the quality control process is firmly established.Initial
improvements have been implemented, and quality metrics show
measurable progress.The Quality Production Lead has built strong
relationships across teams and fostered a proactive approach to
quality.Ongoing responsibilities include:Lead the quality control
process during production, ensuring products meet company quality
standards and industry regulations.Conduct regular inspections of
raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure
compliance with quality specifications.Collaborate with the
production team to implement corrective actions and prevent quality
issues from recurring.Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
related to quality control.Maintain accurate records of quality
inspections, testing results, and corrective actions.Ensure
compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of safety
within the manufacturing environment.Work closely with other
departments (e.g., Engineering, Operations) to ensure quality
standards are integrated into the overall production
process.Prepare and present quality reports to management,
providing insights and recommendations for process
improvements.Participate in audits, inspections, and certifications
as required.Requirements: Key Qualifications:Education &
Experience:1+ years of experience in a quality control or
production leadership role within a manufacturing
environment.Knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards,
and lean manufacturing principles.Experience with quality testing
tools and equipment.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen
attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both verbal and
written.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).To do well in this role you will need the

Everett, WAPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a
desk and working on a computer.Walking and standing on hard
surfaces frequently.Ability to lift 25lb occasionally.TRAVEL:This
position requires minimal travel.BENEFITS: Eligible employees (and

target HIRING range for this role is $25.90 -$32.38 per hour. The
entire pay range for this position is $25.90 - $38.85 however base
pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
and experience. Base pay information is based on market location.
