Location: Seattle, United StatesSector: EngineeringSalary: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per annumHVAC/ Controls Senior Account Manager - Seattle, WA - $130K - $150K + Double OTEI am actively partnered with a high-level Distech systems integrator throughout the West Coast, and they are looking to grow their sales team significantly in 2025!The hiring manager is the type of woman that leads from the front and would like to develop people into relationship builders to make a lasting feel for their customers.Responsibilities:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or business administration is preferred.
• 8+ years' sales experience in HVAC commercial service and/or building automation.
• Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environment.
• Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Financial acumen, inclusive of cost modeling for sales proposals.
• Experience in developing technical and cost proposals.
• Independent decision-making is required.
• Computer skills using MS Office required.
