Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Engagement and Assessment
Senior Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy and governance of employee engagement measurement
and solutions
Design, validate, and implement assessment tools for selection and
development
Collaborate with various teams to enhance overall Talent Management
program effectiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's
degree preferred
At least 8+ years of experience in Talent Management or HR
Management
Knowledge of statistical methods and tools used in talent
management
Experience with employee engagement strategies and assessment
instruments
Strong project management and facilitation skills
