We strive to be both.Team Lead - Building Controls: This is where you come in.We're seeking a Team Lead - Building Controls to manage and develop a team of talented Controls Specialists. This team is responsible for the successful execution of building controls installations and implementations for MacMiller projects. The Team Lead will play a hands-on role in supporting configuration, programming, startup, testing, and troubleshooting of controls systems and HVAC networks.Key responsibilities include forecasting and resource planning, providing clear work direction to team members, and ensuring that all work aligns with state, local, and federal regulations, as well as modern construction techniques.
