• The Director, Divisional Merchandising Manager & Product Development will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies for the Entertaining Division.
• This role involves leading the Product Development team that supports all categories and ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer needs.
• The position requires collaboration with marketing, creative, store operations, ecommerce, finance, planning, and merchandising teams to achieve sales and margin objectives.
• The candidate will oversee special projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to strategic planning and managing key elements of the merchandising and product development P&L.
• The role includes sourcing and maintaining relationships with high-quality, cost-effective vendors while negotiating contracts to maximize profitability.Qualifications
