it.WHAT YOU WILL DO:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Compliance Specialist to support a compliance and audit preparation
program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
compliance tracking, audit management, and program management, with
a demonstrated proficiency in project management and
organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the documentation and assessment process for a compliance
framework, working closely with business teams to identify and
address any deficiencies in preparation for the audit.
- Utilize the AuditBoard platform to track, manage, and report on
the status of the compliance program.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that
compliance requirements are understood and met across the
organization.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of
the compliance program and audit readiness.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date program documentation to
support ongoing compliance efforts and future audits.
- Identify risks and recommend solutions to enhance the
organization's compliance posture.ABOUT YOU:

EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent program management and organizational skills, with
the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present
complex updates to senior management.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in
documentation.
- Compliance background is preferred, specifically in frameworks
such as NIST 800-171.
- Experience using compliance tracking systems (AuditBoard or a
comparable platform) is also preferred.WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive compensation with opportunities for additional
incentives. The annual salary range for this role is
$85,000-$100,000.
