Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Network Support Specialist to
provide operational support across its Partner Network.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve partner-submitted support tickets related to
network connectivity and system performance
Collaborate with property management staff and IT teams to
troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues
Monitor network performance and assist in implementing preventive
measures to reduce common issues
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a network support or technical support
role, preferably in property management or hospitality
Experience with PMS platforms such as Yardi, Realpage, or Entrata
is a plus
Proficiency with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting
tools
Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
preferred
Experience in supporting API integrations between PMS and
third-party partners is a plus
