Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Compliance Benefit
Summary Specialist Team (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee, train, and manage the Summary of Benefits and Coverage
(SBC) Specialists
Review deliverables and manage workloads to ensure timely
completion of SBCs
Maintain and update SBC templates, calculators, and logs for
tracking and distribution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of related experience in healthcare or employee
benefits administration
Ability to understand and interpret plan documents and health plan
benefit designs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
