A company is looking for an Emergency Department Patient Access
Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Selects and assigns department staff, ensuring proper training for
new hires
Monitors compliance with departmental policies and federal
guidelines
Assists in establishing productivity standards and evaluates
staffing requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma; some college preferred
5 years of experience in a related field, with 1 year in a
supervisory role preferred
Ability to work under limited supervision and manage time
effectively
Flexibility in hours to support a 24/7 operation
Proficient in Microsoft Office
