Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Forecasting and Planning
Strategist to serve as a strategic partner for the Workforce
Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Creates and manages capacity and forecast models to improve
planning accuracy
Influences budget achievement by projecting workloads and service
goals
Identifies resource utilization improvement opportunities and
manages relationships across the business
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3 years of Workforce Management experience required
3 years of forecasting, resource planning, and modeling experience
preferred
Claims and back-office business experience required
Experience with WFM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office,
especially Excel
