Key Responsibilities
Coach customers on leveraging machine health strategies to address
business challenges
Own the customer experience and facilitate their progression
through the customer lifecycle
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement new
initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on
digital transformation or process optimization
Strong ability to build relationships and influence executives to
adopt innovative solutions
Proven expertise in digitizing processes and implementing new
technologies
Technical understanding of machines from the industrial
manufacturing arena
